Panel 1

The animation starts with the sound of a bell. The last class of the week has just finished. The students rush out the door to start their weekends.

The classroom's colors are muted and washed out.

Panels 2 - 7

Two students are left behind. Horn (the one with the horn) and Fish (the one who is asleep).
Horn notices their friend fell asleep in class and attempts to wake them up.
As Horn touches Fish's shoulder, they get sucked into Fish's dream.

The new scene starts on the monster roaring and zooms out to show Fish hiding under a desk.

The dream world is basically featureless, like a white box.

Panels 8 - 13

It zooms out more to show Horn turning and spotting Fish and the monster. Horn’s desire to help and determination create a sword and shield to appear from nowhere.
Horn slides the sword over to Fish, who is surprised/grateful to learn Horn is there and they are not alone.

Fish picks up the sword with their mouth.
The monster growls and dashes over to attack.

As Fish picks up the sword and sees their friend, the colors shift from featureless white to pastel colors (pinks, blues, yellow, purple) to show that they're not so scared anymore.

Panels 14 - 19

The monster lands on the desk and destroys it. Fish dives out from under the desk just in time to avoid getting squashed.
The monster makes a move to pursue Fish, but Horn jumps in to deflect it with the shield. The monster is stunned. Fish takes the opportunity to finish it off.
The two celebrate and the screen goes white.

Panels 20 - 22

They wake up in the classroom. The classroom is now bright oranges and yellows like the sun is setting outside. Fish is still at their desk, and Horn is slumped on the ground next to them as if Horn fell over when getting sucked into the dream.
They turn their heads to smile at each other.
The end card shows up and laughter can be heard.
